The Swedish Agency for Public Management suggests guidelines for whistleblower functions within state agencies

On 21 December 2018 the Swedish Agency for Public Management published a memorandum that gives an account of the on-going job of establishing a network against corruption for state agencies. It also includes a suggestion of guidelines for whistleblower functions at state agencies.

On the same day, the Swedish Agency for Public Management also presented a publication entitled “State Values – professional values for a good administrative culture” which details the professional values that are to apply to all government employees.
