OECD criticizes the Swedish bribery legislation

OECD criticizes the Swedish bribery legislation as no actions have been taken regarding the legislation following the criticism from OECD in 2012. Sweden will report back to OECD in December this year, after which OECD will re-evaluate and direct further recommendations to Sweden.
