IMM publishes case law collection on bribery for the year 2017

The report, which contains all bribery related case law rendered during 2017, concludes that 27 of the cases during 2017 led to a conviction. This is a clear increase from 2016 where the total number of bribery cases tried was 15. Most convictions during 2017 were to be found in the health care, police and order and the transport sectors.
